With his foresight of the economy and needs of the Nigerian community Dr. Henry established a Pharmaceutical and Henry Chu Chi investment both limited liability corporations in Nigeria and Vebron Global in Nigeria and the USA. His background includes a Bachelors in Biology, Masters in Pharmacy Marketing and Pharmaceutical marketing and candidate for Doctorate degree in Public Health with focus on Leadership and Advocacy.

He is responsible for Vebron’s day to day operations. He looks after issues related to marketing, sales, production and personnel. The CEO looks after day-to-day activities while providing feedback to the President. The CEO is often referred to as a senior vice president.
Vivian Henry-Ajudua, MBA/RN
Chief Financial Officer
She is responsible for analyzing and reviewing financial data, reporting financial performance, preparing budgets and monitoring expenditures and costs. The CFO is required to present this information to the board of directors at regular intervals and provide this information to shareholders and regulatory bodies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Also usually referred to as a senior vice president, the CFO routinely checks the corporation's financial health and integrity.
Ifeoma Henry-Ajudua, MBA/ MIS
Operations and Distributions Manager
She is a top performer with consulting firms and Fortune 500 companies. She has successfully managed and led different groups within multinational companies and steadily grown the revenue within a technical group from 5% to 14%. Coupled with her strategic vision and operational management ability, she anticipates future trends within the company and develops corporate policy to ensure the company runs smoothly.
Dr. Monique C. Bethell, PhD
Strategic Planning/Special Projects Director
She reports directly to the CEO, and is responsible for short and long term strategic planning goals, emerging new business activity, provide oversight for external project across all divisions within Vebron. Dr. Bethell has more than 15 years of experience in research and evaluation and has provided leadership and consultation to several private and non- profit organizations, state and local government agencies, health departments and international non-governmental development agencies, and public school administrations.
